Disabled Bluetooth settings- Visit the appropriate settings on your HP sprocket device. Cross check to ensure that Bluetooth settings are not disabled

To connect your HP sprocket once again to Bluetooth, use the settings below

• Switch on your mobile device
• Find the option, Bluetooth visiting the appropriate settings

Reset the device –Begin your search to find the Reset button at the back of your remote and you can find the button near the charging port
