HP OfficeJet Pro 8610 Driver is unavailable
If your printer has stopped working after you complete the 123.hp.com/setup
8610 and you see no error in Windows with a driver, then you have come to the
right place. Usually, an incorrect or corrupt printer driver causes this
frustrating issue, and it should be easy to fix.
Re-installing the printer driver
The driver's most likely inaccessible mistake is a faulty or
incompatible driver and it is the hardest problem to solve as well. You can only
uninstall your current driver and then download the right driver that is
up-to-date
- You will now have to open the run on your system
- For doing that, press the R button and the Windows button simultaneously on the keyboard
- Type devmgmt.msc and click OK
- Find and right-click your printer
- Then click Device Uninstall
- If you are prompted to confirm, click Uninstall
- Now scan for the driver again and install it using any method that you feel comfortable with
Installing updates
If the machine is not constantly updated, you cannot establish
communication between the HP OfficeJet Pro 8610 printer and the computer. This
could lead you to a problem with the HP OfficeJet Pro 8610 Driver on the
printer.
- Click the Start button, type the search box update and click Check for updates
- Then, click Check for updates
- Subsequently, click Updates install
- After Windows completes installing all the updates, reboot your computer
- Now, try printing the job you wanted to print previously to test whether the problem is on the 123.hp.com/8610 printer.
I hope the 123.hp.com/setup 8610 printers issue will answer
after you do all these. Also, if you can't solve them, try to contact the
customer service team to answer any of your questions.
